The continuous research activities during the past decades have led us to establish an expert level on severel fields on which consultancy services are deployed:

  • building material testing;
  • renovation and restoration, strengthening and consolidation of historical monument;
  • building pathology;
  • lime (mortar)
  • grout injections, ...
The Reyntjens Laboratory supports novel research within its fully equiped research lab, both for research and consultancy activities, for academic staff and industry market. It contains a wide range of test facilities for different building materials: concrete, steel, wood, masonry, soil, and also for more advanced materials such as CFRP.
